Dr. Crewse is a board-certified pediatrician who joined Baptist Medical Group in 2018. Prior to joining River City Pediatrics, she was in private practice in Brentwood, TN for seven years.
Dr. Geiger is a board-certified pediatrician who cherishes the company of children. She has served as a clinical instructor for UT Health Science Center since 2001. From 2014 to present, Dr. Geiger has received the annual Memphis Magazine Castle Connolly Top Doctors recognition.
A native Memphian and board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Miller enjoys developing close relationships with children & families through her work in pediatrics.
Dr. Stecker is a board-certified pediatrician with more than 25 years of experience caring for children in hospitals and private practices in New York, North Carolina, and Memphis. Since 2014 Dr. Stecker has received the annual Memphis Magazine Castle Connolly Top Doctors recognition.
Following his post-residency work as a pediatric hospitalist, Dr. Salmon spent 12 years with Baptist Children’s Hospital. During that time, he helped create two regional Pediatric Hospitalist Programs — one at the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital, and one at Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi in Oxford, MS. Dr. Salmon joined Baptist University College of Osteopathic Medicine in October of 2023 and also serves part time at River City Pediatrics.
Kristi McDonald, RD, IBCLC, RLC graduated in 2003 with a BS in Nutrition from Marian University. After educating in the outpatient nutrition setting for 6 years, Kristi became an IBCLC in 2009. For the past 11 years, she worked in the inpatient setting helping moms and babies in their early days of breastfeeding. Kristi and her husband, Joe, have 4 children.
